As a qualified Nutritionist & Personal Trainer, you really do get two professionals rolled into one! Your entire body is a system, the brain, digestive organs and mechanical body all interrelate to either work with you or against you when dealing with nutrition and fitness issues. In addition to my popular 12-week programs I am also available for personal training, one off nutrition consults, supermarket tours, exercise programs and more. I deal with all issues including emotional eating, allergies, increasing energy, vegetarian diets, sports nutrition and much more. I am totally mobile also, great for stay at home mums!!

We've got 15 bods signed up on the program now! There are 2 choices, the 12-week and 6-week programs. All sessions are conducted at your home as we teach you exercise technique and strategies that you can fit into your life....gym or no gym, you will still get the same results. This is not a quick fix detox program and it's not full of hard to find, expensive 'health foods'.
