I didn't know what to eat to not become fat and I didn't know what my weight was supposed to even be. In 6 months I put on 16.7kg and only 8kg was body fat, with the rest being lean! Stacey showed me how healthy I looked and that this is the weight I should be, she taught me what foods to eat and the amounts to eat so that I can stay this weight. J. Brewer.
