TESTIMONIAL: Weight Loss by eating MORE!!

Posted by Stacey Hancock at 3:41pm, Thursday 7th June, 2012

Hi Stacey

Wow. 16kg. I can’t believe how good it feels to be normal sized again!

It took me a while to get my head around the fact that even though I thought I was being strict, was still making the wrong choices. Particularly the choices about not eating anything near enough food!

I still find it incredible that on the weeks I fill most of the spaces on my food diary, I lose the most weight. And I’m not smashing myself with exercise anymore so it’s so easy to keep up.

Honestly, if it’s helpful for anyone that’s struggling getting going, please do tell them my story. I started seeing you sporadically late last year, but I really just didn’t ‘get’ what you were saying. My head believed you but my years of food-related guilt and the stresses of life wouldn’t let me follow through.

So after fighting and struggling and going to the gym twice a day for 4 weeks only to put every single kg back on when I stopped doing being able to do that, mid-March this year I FINALLY got the hang of what you were saying, stopped fighting it, …

And the rest is history!

I don’t EVER have to go hungry, I no longer go crazy in the cupboard after dinner, I’m eating 4-5 times a day, and I’m losing weight so much faster than I put it on. I can hardly believe it’s so easy, when I thought it was so hard.

I also am loving how you’re gently tweaking my food diaries so I can see in a practical way what to amend, rather than a whole bunch of theories about food pyramids and stuff that is hard to interpret when it comes to putting it on a plate.

So thank you again. I’m looking forward to the rest of this particular journey.

Please tell people how much it helps to just write everything down. You don’t give me big tellings off if I’ve made errors of judgement or have just plain gotten the wrong end of the stick – its great how you can just make it easy to fix the next week.

Kylie
