Hi Stacey, just writing to let you know I have kept the weight that I lost off for one year now! I feel so much better, I have lots more energy and more confidence! Here’s a wee testimonial for you to say thanks! :-)
Stacey helped me to change the way I think about food in such an great way that it is a habit now. I thought I was going to always need to really think about what choices I make but Stacey offered such great education about nutrition that the choices are easy to make and I do it now without even really having to think about it.
She was very supportive during the weight loss process and really helped me find what I was doing wrong and offered solutions that easily worked into my lifestyle. I use to always skip breakfast and not have lunch until late in the day and now I eat more and stay full of energy all day. Plus I never feel deprived, it’s always yummy food.
I gained a lot of education from Stacey about the way my body uses the food I put into it and how important it is for me to have a well balanced diet.
Thanks so much again Stacey!
Tara.
