Introducing infants to solids 
I have been lucky to be the guest speaker at the Hamilton Parent Centre.  Here is some of the lovely feedback I've recieved.

Very good introduction....very relevant....great ideas, good information....very keen to answer questions and suit our needs...detailed explanations...brilliant presentation...well organised...Stacey was very calm and helpful [lots of infants, lots of noise!]...

Weight Loss
Suzanne J. lost 6kg on her Belly Busters program.  This is awesome as Suzanne had many physical challenges to face.  I asked Suzanne to rate various areas of the program and she had this to say "They were all great because you were so patient and understanding with me".  As well as weight loss, Suzanne also improved her digestive state and emotional health.

W.R lost an amazing 21.1kg and 15.5cm off his abdomen on the QTR4-2009 12-wk program.  The hard work paid off, as the 2kg a week WAS NOT starved off, or created through carb or fat free dieting.  Here's what W.R had to say "It was a great opportunity to make better food choices and learn how to exercise properly to get the best return, also making sure you eat enough for your body to work better".

I was rather skeptical when Sonia declared she'd like to lose 10kg on my 6-week 'Mini-Panic' program, but she pretty much did it, losing 9.1kg!  A past knee injury made exercise sporatic, but by sticking 100% to her food plan she achieved her goal and proved her trainer wrong in the process!

Jess lost 8.6kg in the Step-in2-Summer 10-week program and along with Melissa they both flattened their tummy's right down.
