EXERCISE PROGRAMS FOR THOSE NEW TO EXERCISE

(Please note if you are new to exercise, but have pain and stiffness you will need to book in for pain management program first)

• Initial assessment – 45 minutes

STRESS & MUSCLE TENSION SERVICES

CORRECTIVE PROGRAMS FOR STRESS &/OR MUSCLE TENSION

• Initial assessment (covers nutrition, posture and physiological load) – 90 minutes
• Complete strength, stretching, nutrition and lifestyle plan
• Follow up appointments – 30 minutes
• Follow up appointments with re-assessment – 60 minutes
