Nutrition is all about the things that we put into our bodies to nourish us. Nutrition has many functions, it enables us to grow and repair and gives us energy. Many factors can throw our nutrition out of balance and we end up low on energy, unwell, unhealthy and with disorders of, amongst other things, the digestive, metabolic, immune and nervous systems.

SUPPORT-30 NUTRITION PLAN

This comprehensive plan includes consultation with qualified Nutritionist, food plan emailed and 30 days online support. Exercise program add-on available.

SUPPORT-30 EXERCISE PROGRAM

This detailed exercise program includes initial consultation with qualified Personal Trainer, 6 week exercise program prepared with pictures and mp4 video if required. Second consultation is for program instruction. 30 days online support. Nutrition plan add-on available.

ONLINE SERVICES

Service as per Support-30 plans, consultation is done via email, plans and programs emailed through, 30 days support. Add-ons as per Support-30 plans. Ongoing online support is undertaken on a per 30 day month basis.

'BELLY BUSTERS' NUTRITION & EXERCISE PROGRAM (6, 8, 10, 12 weeks)

  • Base meal plan & weekly menus
  • Weekly 60min consult / weigh & measure / PT Session
  • 12-week ‘Challenges’ run at various times of the year including:
  •         Free group training sessions (subject to trainer availability)

'FOOD FIRST' NUTRITION PROGRAM (6 weeks)

  • Base meal plan & weekly menus
  • Additional nutrition related handouts
  • Weekly 30min food coaching session / food diary assessment / weigh & measure

JUST ONE DAY

2 Personal Training sessions (cardio & resistance), supermarket tour, pantry assessment and 3 mini-consults (exercise, food & head-space). We’ll ‘do’ lunch to teach you about healthy dining out. In 8 hours you’ll learn all you need to know to self manage your health and fitness.

STANDARD CONSULTATIONS / PERSONAL TRAINING & FOLLOW UP SESSIONS

60, 45, 30 or 15 minute appointments. These can include nutrition and/or exercise consultations, PT sessions, supermarket & label reading tours. Does not include exercise programs, meal plans or online support (See support-30 plans above). Verbal recommendations only provided at consultation.
