Your body was designed to move!  Whether it's to increase your existing performance or just to get started, you've come to the right place.  Perhaps you really don't want to join a gym - great!  You can still experience the same benefits, as a specialist in home Personal Trainer I will show you the way - and no you don't need special equipment either.

  • Exercise programs (examples include, police & army training programs, marathon training plans, bodybuilding, weight loss, core stability, fitness, strength, increasing sports performance, minimising overtraining)
  • Sensible exercise for overweight adolescents
  • Assessment of your current exercise program
  • Basic fitness testing
  • Just having a chat about your exercise

Personal Training

  • 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions conducted when you like!
  • Conducted at your place or remote location (eg porritt stadium, park or adventure playground!)
