Hi :-) Glad you popped in.  Now that I've got you here, I'd like to ask you something really important... I just need you to stop for a second and have a good think about this question...ok here it is....How are you?  How ARE you REALLY?

How was your day today?  Did you wake up sluggish and in need of more sleep?  Did you drag your feet through your day, wondering what you can do to find some energy?  Did you wear your "fat" pants today?  Did you beat yourself up over your weight or how you look?  Did someone upset you today, or make you angry.  Is it a bit overwhelming right now?  How much coffee did you drink today?  How many times did you berrate yourself?  Are you bloated?  Are you sick AGAIN?  Did you just go and yell at someone for no reason?  Are you about to eat toast for dinner because you're too tired to cook?  What else is going on with you that you would like to share?

Do you reckon we get healthy and happy when we lose weight or do we need to become healthy and happy to enable our body to lose weight? 

My philosophy is both.  Here, we work on getting you healthy and happy, and the weight loss is just what happens anyway.  Look at the pictures at the top - don't they all look a lot healthier AND happier AND lighter.... It all happens simultaneously.

You must want change and you must accept that change takes a bit longer than a quick fix.
