| I have a family, will I have to cook separate meals? |
Not at all. This is the great thing about the program, it's realistic. Your family will enjoy the meals because they are typically stuff you cook anyway! Your family will also enjoy the new recipes you get. We make this program easy, because eating and life is not supposed to be that tricky. |

Not at all. Your exercise program is designed for as much or as little exercise equipment as you have access to. In fact, you will be pleasantly surprised at your exercise options, they will be a lot different to ANYTHING you have been told. |
