If I don't want to lose weight, but just get fit and healthy can I still do the program?


Absolutely!  The health benefits that people have experienced include: less bloating, reduction in cholesterol, lower blood pressure, better digestive function, more energy, better sleep, improvements in bowel function, easier to get up in the morning, less cravings, increased strength, reduction in pain, increased mobility, improvement in emotional eating...
Why is it called Belly Busters?


Every single client, whether it is for weight loss or not experiences a reduction in their belly, whether it's through weight loss, reduced bloating or water retention or improvements in gut inflammation.  We bust belly's from all angles!
I have a family, will I have to cook separate meals?


Not at all.  This is the great thing about the program, it's realistic.  Your family will enjoy the meals because they are typically stuff you cook anyway! Your family will also enjoy the new recipes you get.  We make this program easy, because eating and life is not supposed to be that tricky.
I'm at home during the day for work (and/or kids).  Can I still do the program?


Yes you can!  I offer this program as a mobile service within Hamilton Suburbs (click here for pricing).  The program is also available as an online service.
Do I need special equipment or a gym membership for exercise?


Not at all.  Your exercise program is designed for as much or as little exercise equipment as you have access to.  In fact, you will be pleasantly surprised at your exercise options, they will be a lot different to ANYTHING you have been told.

Belly Busters© Weight Loss and Health Program was designed by Stacey Hancock in 2007 and continues to assist anyone who has struggled with weight loss for years and those who are just embarking on their first weight loss mission.  Stacey's philosophy is that you don't have to "go hard or go home" and you don't have to deprive yourself or "diet" away your enjoyment of food and life.  With an extensive knowledge in how the body and mind regulates weight, Stacey will take you to weight loss success and provide you all the tools you need to ensure you keep it off.  More ABOUT STACEY here.
